delivered a day late even though promised same day delivery. I paid for same day and it did not happen. the delivered item was not as expected with many of the flowers unopened. Delivery fee was way way over the top, and when the delivery was late emails asking for refund to the late delivery ( as wasn't same day as paid for ) were ignored and gained no response.
